Frequently Asked Questions
What types of videos do you edit?
I have experience in video editing the following: Youtube, client testimonials, speaker reels, real estate, instructional, non-profit fundraising, sorority rush recruitment, birthdays, anniversaries, in memoriam and event highlight videos.
If you don’t see something on the list, please ask about it in your quote. I will let you know if it’s something I can help you get done.

How does the process work?
After submitting your quote, Tiffany will respond with additional questions and a quote for the video project. You will need to send all video footage, images, logo and whatever else you would like included via WeTransfer (a file sharing app). You will also need to complete a document that includes the file name and timestamps of what you would like to include in the video.
If you are not sure of what footage will work in your video, just make a note of it in the document and I’ll place it in the video. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions for you to decide. I also offer input during this process as well.
After the 2 rounds of revisions are completed, you will be sent your final video (no watermark) via WeTransfer after payment is paid in full.
Depending upon how long the video is, your video could take up to a week or more to complete including revisions. Completion time will be specified in quote.
How will we communicate during the process?
I believe in open communication with my clients and it’s highly welcomed! I’m available through email as well as by phone.
Sometimes it’s easier and quicker to communicate your questions on the phone. If you are unable to reach me, just leave a message and I’ll return at my earliest convenience.
Do you have examples of your work?

How long does it take for a video to be edited?
Depending upon how long the video is, your video could take up to a week or more to complete including revisions. Completion time will be specified in quote.
Will I be able to revise a video after it’s edited?
Yes! You have up to 2 rounds of revisions. Most clients are able to address their needs in the first round, so don’t worry.
What kinds of things can you add to my video?
Royalty free music
Lower third (name and title of person speaking)
Call to actions (CTAs)
Social media icons
Can you add music to my video?
Yes, I can. Unfortunately, I cannot use copyrighted music suggested by the client.
I have royalty free music that you can choose from based on the mood of your video. I will send you samples for you to choose from once we get started on your project.
Can you include subtitles or captions?
Yes, I have extensive experience when it comes to captions. I highly suggest captions in all videos placed online because of the following:
✅Accessibility to those hearing impaired
✅ Increase audience engagement
✅ People can watch your video without sound
✅ Video will rank higher in SEO
This option will be included in your quote.
Do you color correct?
Color correction is making the video footage look as natural as possible.
Yes, I color correct, but it’s limited when footage may have been shot in a bright or dark environment. At that point it will be hard to fix this footage.
However, I will try to improve the appearance of the footage as much as possible without compromising it.
Do you outsource?
Yes, I outsource and as the workload increases, outsourcing will be used more frequently. Video projects that need extensive typography or graphic animation are outsourced 100% of the time.
We do not do 2D or 3D animations.
For quality control, I do review and make edits to video before the draft is delivered to the client.
Do you make videos for social media?
We make videos for social media, especially vertical videos with headlines. We also resize videos for optimization on different platforms. Just share this in your quote.
What type of payment do you accept?
Paypal is how I invoice and track payment.
