Are Video Resumes a Good Idea?

Tik Tok recently launched its pilot program to help its users get hired through the app. Users can submit video resumes for jobs they are interested in being considered.

I think it could be a great idea if executed properly, but I'm aware that this could be time-consuming for employers.
